Welcome to FTFSOCIAL LLC (“FTFSOCIAL”). By using our services, accessing our platform, or signing a service agreement, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies that help us deliver the best experience possible.

1. Client Agreement Requirement

Before services begin, every client must sign an official agreement with FTFSOCIAL. This ensures we’re both clear on deliverables, timelines, content expectations, and any applicable commitment periods outlined in your plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
If your plan includes a commitment period, you may be subject to early termination fees as outlined in your agreement. Please refer to Section 5 for more on commitment periods.

3. Content & Posting Schedules

Our posting schedules (including Reels and other deliverables) depend on timely content submission and collaboration from you. Late or missing content may delay posts or affect consistency.

4. Revisions

  • Custom graphics include up to 2 revisions

  • Short-form videos include up to 3 revisions

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges

  • Note: Revision limits may vary by plan or agreement

5. Commitment Period (If Applicable)

Some FTFSOCIAL plans include a minimum commitment period, such as six (6) months. If your plan includes this:

  • Early cancellation is not allowed unless FTFSOCIAL breaches the agreement

  • If you cancel early, you’re responsible for the remaining monthly payments through the end of the term

Plans without a commitment period default to a month-to-month structure with standard 30-day cancellation notice.

6. AI Tools & Access

Our AI Engagement and AI Employee services require appropriate platform access (e.g., social media accounts). If access is not granted or is incomplete, performance may be limited.

7. File Storage & Media Access

  • Files and content will be stored and accessible during your active service period

  • Once services end, access to shared files will be removed

  • We do not guarantee long-term storage after cancellation—please download anything you’d like to keep

8. Passwords & Account Security

FTFSOCIAL does not store or retain client passwords. Any temporary access credentials or third-party invitations must be managed and revoked by you after services end. We’re not responsible for post-service access or account security.

9. Ownership & Usage Rights

You own all original content you provide. We retain the right to showcase co-created or produced content (graphics, videos, campaigns) in our portfolio, ads, or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Reporting & Analytics

Monthly performance analytics are included with select plans only. If included in your service package, these reports are used to monitor growth and guide strategy. Check your agreement or ask your account manager to confirm availability.

11. Support Hours

  • Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Arizona Time)

  • Response time is typically 4–6 business hours

  • Most content edits are completed within 1–2 business days

12. Payment Terms

By starting service, you authorize FTFSOCIAL to securely charge your card on file for:

  • Start-Up Fee: $199.99 – Due at signing

Receipts are provided for each charge. You’ll be notified in writing at least 5 days in advance of any billing amount or schedule changes. This billing authorization stays active unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to the next charge.

13. Legal & Operational Info

  • Any changes to agreements must be made in writing and signed by both parties

  • Services are considered accepted unless issues are raised in writing within 30 days of delivery

14. Renewal

If your plan includes a fixed term, you may be invited to renew services 1–2 months before your term ends. Renewals are optional and require a written agreement.

15. Disclaimer

We deliver custom social media management, AI-powered engagement, video editing, and branding services. While we aim for great results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, lead volume, or ROI.
